Shipment processing time

• All orders are processed and shipped out from our processing facility within two business days.
• Except for Sunday, our delivery partner delivers packages every day.
• If we anticipate any delays in our order processing due to a high volume of orders, we will notify you via your registered email address, specifying the delayed timeline of delivery.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Remote Areas and Non-serviceable areas

Remote areas are defined as areas with less density where not too many deliveries happen to on a big scale. For these areas, our drivers go twice a week to ensure that they are carrying enough packages to make the trip there. It can take up to 3 – 4 business days to deliver to these areas, however, we will do our best to expedite delivery to these areas.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

• We will provide you a Track and Trace code after the order has been sent and received by the delivery provider so that you may track it until it gets at its destination.
